Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, if you need to return an item send the sealed and unused item within 14 days of ordering (or 14 days after the day you received it, whichever is longer) and we’ll refund what you have paid for it less delivery charge.

We will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order within 14 days of us receiving the return and checking it.

All returns require a returns number which must be clearly printed on the packaging next to the return delivery address, return numbers must NOT be printed on product packaging.

Returns numbers are issued upon receipt of a valid email sent to cs@thenaturaledge.co.uk clearly stating the reason for the return. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly send you an email to inform you of the approval status for your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within 14 days.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. For any returns made by the customer, including orders returned due to incorrect address as one example, a card processing fee of 3% and a £2 return quality check fee will also be deducted.

No returns will be accepted at the company registered address and no responsibility will be taken for any orders returned to the company registered address.
